Four busted for robbing $27 from Chinese shop

By BBN Staff: Yesterday police visited the New Hope Restaurant situated at the corner of Pigeon and Partridge street in Ladyville Village where Jia Hua Li, 24 year old naturalized Belizean, reported that at 11:12 a.m., a dark complexion man with dreads and a small hand gun approached him through the burglar bar window of his shop.

The man pointed the gun and demanded cash. He got about $27 and made his escape on a bicycle.

No one was injured during the incident.
The culprit was later apprehended along with three others pending charges.
