By BBN Staff: This morning, the People’s United Party (PUP) via a statement on social media said they were informed last night that United Democratic Party (UDP) operatives had been engaged to initiate real violence outside the Senate today.

According to the PUP, those include attacks on Senators Eamon Courtenay, Elena Smith and Mark Lizarraga.

The PUP says that their information is that thugs and weapons had allegedly been arranged.

“If that were to happen, it would give the UDP leader the perfect excuse to call off the hearings, as they so desperately want to do,” the statement says.

The PUP says that it will never allow that to happen and that the truth must come out.
