Belize City Police investigating murder of Popular DJ

By BBN Staff: According to police reports, last night around 7:45 , police visited an area on the Central American Boulevard, Belize City where they saw the body of Andrew Ian Bennett, 42, of #26 Central American Boulevard with several gunshot wounds to the head and body.

Police investigation reveals that around 7:43 p.m., Bennett was at the bus shed when a man approached him and fired several shots at him.

The body of Bennett now lies at the Karl Huesner Memorial Hospital morgue awaiting a post mortem examination.

Police are investigating.
