Man set on fire in Belize City in stable condition

By BBN Staff: According to police reports, yesterday around  12:35 p.m., police visited the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital (K.H.M.H) where they saw Dorien Reneau, 35, of Belize City suffering from burn injuries to the left arm, left abdomen area, and left foot.

Police investigations revealed that Reneau was along with three other persons when he was sprayed with a flammable substance by a man he knows and set on fire by another.

Reneau was admitted at K.H.M.H in stable condition.

Police are investigating.
