Alvarine Burgess names Ministers Anthony Martinez and Erwin Contreras in Visa hustle

By BBN Staff: At the hearing of the Senate Special Select Committee today, Alvarine Burgess told Chairman Aldo Salazar that in instances where Minister Edmond Castro was out of the country, she sought to get Visas processed from other ministers.

Burgess named Ministers Anthony “Boots” Martinez and Erwin Contreras, stating that she personally visited them with the request to facilitate the visas for “clients”.

Burgess told the committee that her husband played football and was familiar with Contreras and she knew Martinez through a family member, so she personally visited them with the requests for facilitating visas.
