Belize City girl missing

By BBN Staff:  A 13-year-old student is missing and Belize City police need the public’s help to locate her.

Shania Martinez left her home in West Landivar around 7:30 on Friday morning on her way to school.

She has not returned home since.

She was last seen wearing her school uniform: a white blouse and burgundy dress with colored socks and black shoes.

She had had her black and muli-color school bag with her. She is of fair complexion, is slim built and has long black hair.

She has brown eyes, weighs about 85 lbs and is about 5 feet in height.

Anyone with information regarding her whereabouts is urged to contact the nearest police station.
