By BBN Staff: The BPP Toledo Branch is offering $1,000.00 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible for the theft of over $100,000 from the Toledo Teacher’s Credit Union (TTCU).
In a press release issued today, the BPP Toledo Branch said, “We are concerned about the poor people of this country and must do everything in our power to look out for them. Therefore the GOB and the management of the TTCU is being called on to explain to the rightful owners of the credit union, what went wrong and what will be done to get back the people’s money.”
The press release ends by saying that the BPP Toledo Branch stands in solidarity with the poor and will continue to fight for the improvement of poor people throughout Belize.
