By Delroy Cuthkelvin:  Infrastructure development is one of the hallmarks of this Dean Barrow/UDP Administration. The transformation has been so constant and extensive – we almost take it for granted.

The West has seen its fair share – countless streets rehabilitated and paved; drainage dramatically improved; parks, playgrounds and stadiums upgraded; modern tourism centers, commercial and social facilities built; and the overall organization and aesthetics of the municipalities elevated to world-class standard.

And now, to top it off, the new, sturdy, elevated two-lane bridge across the Macal River is taking shape, completing the new traffic-easing circuit around San Ignacio with impressive upgrades to Loma Luz Boulevard and Joseph Andrews Drive.

Indeed, under this administration, the TRANSFORMATION never stops!
