Fatal road accident involving former minister

By BBN Staff: Reports to BBN indicate that shortly before 8:00 last night, there was a road traffic accident involving a van and a biker near mile 63 on the George Price Highway, Cayo.

The biker was injured and transported to the San Ignacio Hospital.

He passed away early this morning.

According to reports, the van was allegedly being driven by a former Minister of Government.

Police have not yet issued an official report on this accident. BBN will have an update as soon as police are able to give any confirmation.
