By Delroy Cuthkelvin: The PUP and UDP are as different as night and day, and one thing that bears this out most graphically is infrastructure. Look, for example, at the spanking new, sturdy Cayo Bridge across the Macal River built by this UDP Government (top photo) which has just been opened for testing.
Now compare this with the infamous bridge at Iguana Creek (bottom photos) that the PUP Government of 1989-1993 purportedly spent millions on, and which was washed away before it could even be completed.
The difference is like night a day.
