Santa Elena church seeks funding for feeding program

By BBN Staff: The Full Gospel Church of God in Santa Elena Town began a feeding program in September 2016.

The church is located on Bishop Martin Street, opposite to the Santa Elena Primary School.

The program caters mostly for students from Santa Elena Primary School and has been able to operate with contributions from church members as well as a few community members, however, the program now needs the public’s assistance in continuing to provide meals for the students.

Maria Castillo has been the coordinator of the program for the past nine months.

She told BBN that the program is a good initiative but to keep it running, they need support from more people.
