Mexican contemporary summer film series launched

By BBN Staff: The Mexican Embassy in Belize, with the support of the Mexican Agency for International Development and Cooperation (AMEXCID), and the Mexican Film Institute (IMCINE), in collaboration with the Belize International Film Festival, presents: CINEMA MÉXICO. MEXICAN CONTEMPORARY SUMMER FILM SERIES.

CINEMA MÉXICO movies will be screened from July 6^th to August 17^th 2017 at the Mexican Cultural Institute in Belize City, and at the front patio of the Embassy of Mexico in Belmopan.

The opening of the film series will be held tomorrow at 6:00 p.m. at the Mexican Cultural Institute with the film The Beginning of Time directed by Mexican filmmaker Bernardo Arellano.

In collaboration with NICH and the Belize International Film Festival, a selection of films from local and international filmmakers will also be presented.
