Man’s left index finger shot off in Orange Walk

By BBN Staff: Last night, police visited the Northern Regional Hospital where Warren Davis ,26, Belizean labourer of Belize City was seen with gunshot wounds to the left index finger.

Davis reported that around 7 pm, he was walking on Sittee River Street in Orange Walk Town when a man who was along with two other persons fired a single shot at him.

The men were about 9 feet away from him.

Davis noticed that his finger was shot.

The suspect is unknown and police investigation continue.
