Police report fatal traffic accident on Southern highway

By BBN Staff: According to police reports, there was a fatal Road traffic accident around 12:40 a.m. today.

The accident occurred between miles 37-38 on the Southern Highway.

Gilbert Romero Jr. of Independence village lost control of his green Ford Ranger causing the vehicle to flip.

Romero sustained severe head and body injuries and died as a result.
