Man stabbed multiple times in Roaring Creek

By BBN Staff: Last night around 10:30, Roaring Creek Police visited the Western Regional Hospital where they saw a man with multiple stab wounds to the body.

He was identified as Jason Jones, 34, Belizean attendant at Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital and a resident.

Investigations revealed that sometime after 10:00 pm, Jones was in the company of David Waight and another man, both of Roaring Creek Village socializing on the roof of an abandoned building in Roaring Creek village when an altercation ensued between them.

Waight and the other man inflicted multiple stab wounds to Jones causing his injuries.

Jones remains admitted at the Western Regional Hospital in a stable condition.

Police are investigating.
