Belize City teen reported missing

By BBN Staff: On Saturday 43-year-old Perlita Conorquie of Oleander Street, Belize City reported that sometime after 7:00 a.m., she got up and went to check on her 16-year-old daughter, Kiara Zeliya but she was nowhere to be found.

Zeliya is a student of Nazarene High School.

Conorquie reported that Zeliya was gone but she noticed that some of her clothes and footwear were also missing from her room.

Zeliya is of brown complexion, slim built, has dark brown eyes, black hair and is about 5′ 5″ in height.

She was last seen on Friday July 14, 2017 at 9:00 p.m. wearing a purple blouse and a yellow jersey pants.

Police are investigating.
