By BBN Staff: According to reports, yesterday three young men were trapped in strong current waters in Cristo Rey village.

A video on social media shows PC Daniel Choc in the river with a rope, trying his best to bring the young men to safety.

Choc managed to tie them to the rope so police officer Derwin Garcia at the river bank could pull them out.

Video is attached.

BBN commends the officers for their great work and PC Choc for his brave and heroic efforts.
