Dickie says Hilmar Alamilla not guilty of murder

By BBN Staff: Twenty four year old Daniel Sosa received a gunshot to the left temple while in a vehicle belonging to Hilmar Alamilla.

Alamilla has since been  arraigned and remanded to prison until September 5,2017.

His attorney, Dickie Bradley, told the media that his client is notguilty of murder.

Bradley claimed that the gun which killed Sosa accidentally discharged while the vehicle was in motion.

He additionally claimed that Alamilla was in a state of shock following the incident and fled home and informed his wife who contacted the police.
