By BBN Staff: Norman Whitfield, 58, reported to police that he was robbed at gunpoint at his home on Gill Street in Belize City.
He told police that at around 7:30 last night he was exiting his Mitsubishi Outlander in front of his yard when he was approached by two men.
One of the men pulled out a black pistol and robbed him of his gold chain valued at $800, a cell phone valued at $6,000 and a set of keys including his car key.
The robbers then escaped.
Police are investigating.
