Armed robbers take weapon, jewelries, phone & wallet from Belize City man

By BBN Staff: Last night,  Charles Gonzales ,64, Belizean construction worker of Belize City reported that while he was socializing at the Corner Youth for the Future Drive and Ebony Street, he was approached by three men.

One of the men, had a chrome in color object resembling a firearm, and another one had a knife.

The man with the firearm pointed it at him and demanded his belongings.

Gonzalez was then relieved of  his 9 mm pistol along with the magazine containing 17 live rounds, gold and  silver jewelries,  a brown in color wallet containing his personal documents,  and his Samsung cellular phone.

The men then ran towards the direction of Magazine Road making good their escape.

Police are investigating this matter.
