Errol Smith gets bail

By BBN Staff: Yesterday, Errol Smith was granted bail of $5000.

He was granted bail by Justice Denis Hanomansingh with the condition that he does not interfere with the witnesses for the Crown.

Smith was also ordered to report to the San Ignacio Police Station every Friday and to attend San Ignacio Magistrate’s Court on every other adjournment date.

Smith was charged with manslaughter after badly beating his co worker Marlon Peters .

Peters survived but succumbed to the injuries one week after the incident.
