By BBN Staff: Xavier Sneed, of the Kansas State University Wildcats basketball team, is currently in Belize on a five-day basketball tour.

The sophomore forward arrived in Belize on Friday and will remain here until August 18.

According to US news outlets, Sneed is here via the Sports Reach Movement, which is a faith-based organization out of Campbellsville, Kentucky.

Sneed and the other members of his team played their first game against Hoop Dreams Belize at the Princess Hotel.

Yesterday they travelled to Maruba where they played a second game against the Orange Walk Running Rebels.

Today the team moves to San Ignacio.

After that trip they will go cave tubing at the Caves Branch Archaeological Site and then play before the Belmopan Bandits.

On Monday, the team will face the Cayo Western Ballers in Xunantunich.

The team will rest on Tuesday and Wednesday before playing its final game on Thursday with the Belize All-Star selection in Belize City.

The team will return home on Friday, August 18.
