Castro and Franklin Jr. to be charged for Kevin Brown assault

By BBN Staff: Yesterday, police informed the media that cops had detained Jafari Castro and Gilbert Franklin Jr. for the assault of Kevin Brown in San Pedro last week.

Brown was badly beaten, air lifted from San Pedro and taken to the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital where he was reportedly slipped into a coma.

Both men are expected to be charged for harm today.

Police continue to seek a third suspect, James Young Jr.
