He was spotted at the Philip Goldson International Airport sometime this morning.
According to reports, Smith is in Belize to collaborate with the Sport Council.
In 1988 Smith entered the NBA after being drafted by the Philadelphia 76ers. However, he was immediately traded to the Los Angeles Clippers.
Four years later he was traded to the New York Knicks.
He was later traded to the San Antonio Spurs before retiring in 1997 due to severe injuries.
Smith averaged 14.4 points and 5.8 rebounds during his career.
