On Tuesday, he appeared in the Belize City Magistrate Court represented by attorney, Dickie Bradley.
He was not offered bail and was remanded for two counts of dangerous harm, two counts of attempted murder and three counts of use of deadly means of harm.
It is alleged that on Saturday night he came out of a wood work shop in the San Pedrito area of San Pedro and opened fire on a three males ages 9, 12 and 27.
The 27 year old described as Lloyd Tyndall remains in a critical condition receiving medical attention.
