By BBN Staff: Over the weekend, San Pedro police conducted a number of operations on the island and found a high powered Ruger .223 bolt-action assault rifle along with a magazine, and a dozen .223 and 5.56 rounds of ammunition.
Police also found ten rounds of .45 ammunition, and seven rounds of .380 ammunition.
Aureliano Pascual,18 and a 17-year-old female minor were detained and charged for ‘kept unlicensed firearm’, ‘kept ammunition without license’, and ‘kept prohibited ammunition’.
