Two shot, one dead in Conch Shell Bay shooting

By BBN Staff: Just before 5:00 p.m. today, two men were shot on Lindo’s Alley near the Conch Shell Bay area of Belize City. In the aftermath of the shooting, one man is dead and the other is was taken to the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital (KHMH).

Police have not confirmed the names of the victims but BBN understands that the deceased was reportedly shot to the chest while the other man was shot to the hand and thigh.

One died on the scene while the other is reportedly in a stable condition at the KHMH.

The gunman fled the scene before police arrived.
