The medical officer certified his cause of death was due to multiple blunt force traumatic injuries as a result of the accident.
Today, Ramon Dominguez, 20, was formally arrested and charged for ‘manslaughter by negligence’, ‘causing death by careless conduct’ and ‘drove motor vehicle without due care and attention’.
Dominguez was arraigned and offered bail for $6000, which he met. The matter was adjourned until November 7, 2017.
