Burglars raid Belmopan home over the weekend

By BBN Staff: Burglars in Belmopan made off with over $15,000 in valuables over the weekend.

Brodam Santos, 24, told police that between Saturday night and Sunday morning while he was away someone broke into his home in the Lomas Las Flores area of Belmopan.

Once inside, burglars stole an assortment of items that included electronic items, tools, goods, and cash, among others, all to a total value of $16,066.

Police investigations continue.
