By BBN Staff: Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) Chester Williams, has retained the legal services of Andrew Marshalleck who has written Senior Superintendent, Marco Vidal, asking that he apologize for comments made last week in which he hinted that Williams was in some sort of collusion with criminals.
Well, we cannot confirm if Vidal has done so yet but Deputy Commissioner of Police, Noel Leal, has basically asked both men to, “hold it down.”
According to Leal, he is of the opinion that the men should keep their differences out of the public arena.
According to him, they should let their attorneys battle privately. He has asked the men to do so as their differences is not a matter for, “public consumption.”
Leal has gone on the record to announce that he sees no problem with any officer’s personal and private styles of policing as long as it is effective in combating crime.
