World Pharmacist’s Day to be celebrated next week

By BBN Staff: On Monday, September 25, 2017, World Pharmacy Day will be celebrated.

The theme for this year’s Pharmacy Day in Belize is ” Belizean Pharmacists Contributing to Improved Health and Wellness of our Communities.”

All Public Hospitals will be holding a Brown Bag Day:-Patients and the General Public are advised that all Public Hospital Pharmacies will be holding consultations for any medication they might have/had and require clarity and indication of viability are welcome to visit and consult along with an educational session on various topics.

The Pharmacy association will also be hosted on local morning talk shows on Monday and Tuesday, September 26.

A two day retreat for Public Health Pharmacists will also be held on Thursday and Friday, September 28 and 29th.

The Annual General meeting for the Pharmacist Association will be on Friday, September 29th.
