Belize City police find ammo in alley

By BBN Staff: According to police reports, last night at around 8:30, members of the Special Assignment Team conducted searches through an alley off Lakeview Street where a black plastic bag was found near a fence.

The bag contained 14 Aguila-brand .38-Special live rounds and 22 Aguila-brand .9mm live rounds.

No one was in the area at the time of the search and as a result the ammunition was labelled as found property.
