By BBN Staff: Breaking Belize News (BBN) has been selected to receive a donation of an ASUS laptop from the Embassy of the Republic of China-Taiwan.

One of the world’s top three consumer notebook brands, ASUS has a foundation that donates notebooks aimed to bridge the digital gap through non governmental organizations and schools.

The Asus Foundation will visit Belize in October and will be donating the notebooks.

The Office of the Embassy of the Republic of China -Taiwan stated that the donation is being done in keeping with the good relations between Belize and Taiwan.

The Embassy is donating one ASUS notebook laptop to Breaking Belize News to assist the media in Belize.

The event will be held  on Friday, October 6th, 2017 at 7 PM  at Ramada Princess Hotel, in correlation with Taiwan’s National Day Celebrations.

BBN’s Zoila Gonzalez will receive the donation on behalf of our Management and Staff.
