Belmopan police hosts movie night

By BBN Staff: Last night, the Belmopan Police formation hosted a movie/ice cream night for the kids of Maya Mopan, San Martin and Salvapan.

The kids were entertained by a movie named ‘Miracles from Heaven’.

Nearly a hundred children were treated to ice cream, popcorn and a beverage.

Officer Commanding Belmopan Police, Sr. Supt. Howell Gillett thanked all the officers who organized the event and Bowen & Bowen for providing the tent and drinks.

Gillett also expressed gratitude to Paul Guerra for the popcorn and the staff of the United States Embassy for serving the children.

On Friday, the formation will be serving ice cream to the kids in Franks Eddy village.
