By BBN Staff: Kelvin Usher who claimed to have fled from a marijuana plantation when police opened fire will not face any charges.
In an interview with the press on Thursday, Prime Minister Dean Barrow indicated that he does not see how police would charge Usher.
According to him, police who arrived on the plantation only found Usher’s father, Cameron Usher, who was later charged for cultivation.
Kelvin on the other hand was only discovered yesterday north of Belize City after going missing since Sunday.
