By BBN Staff: Commissioner of Police, Allen Whylie, has taken much heat from the Opposition People’s United Party which has branded him an ‘invisible commissioner’.

It has been a while since he spoke to the press, almost two months, and so speculations had gone wild that he was on the chopping block.

On Wednesday, ComPol Whylie back from personal and sick leave, cleared all doubts and announced that he was here to stay.

According to him, he is only human and so it is possible for him to fall ill. He said that he will not concern himself over things he cannot change.

He assured the press that he will continue to perform as best as he is able to.

According to him, he remains focus and resolute.
