KANSAS CITY, Missouri – October 15, 2017 – Kathleen Foland, of Presentations Wellness And Beauty, has brought together ways for people to monitor and improve their health. She makes skin care products and offers multi-level-marketing opportunities to those interested in using and promoting the Helo LX, a device that monitors users’ vital statistics. Upon completion of certification this coming January, she will offer health coaching services as well. Her goal is to connect with Belizeans to give them the tools they need to manage their health more effectively.
“As an owner of a registered Belizean business, with my Belizean business partner, we are interested in helping local people in education in starting their own business and support their families,” says Kathy.

“The first thing that I tell my clients is that they need to know their numbers, to know where they are starting so that they can address their health and lifestyle concerns with specific actions.” Kathleen starts by evaluating a client’s condition. What is their blood pressure, heart rate and weight? What are they eating? Do they have consistent access to good food? Once she has this information, she creates a program specifically designed for a client.
Another goal of hers is to help Belizeans connect with their local resources, including fresh fruit and vegetables, fresh seafood and even seaweed in order to improve the health of the citizens of Belize. “Seaweed is a nutrient-rich plant that many Belizeans should have easy access to. I think that bringing it into the diets will have a solid positive impact on well being.”
Knowing where to start is important, which is why Kathy incorporates the Helo LX into her program. It is a device that is used with an app on a cell phone to monitor certain vital statistics such as heart rate, blood pressure, breath rate and others. She points out that having the device is important but that having the business opportunity is too. Being a part of the marketing and sales team can help bring in extra income that many people need.
Although she is a citizen of the U.S., Kathy has spent time in Belize over the past five years. She has gotten to know many people here and has created lasting relationships.
