Cristo Rey man to be jailed for pen gun and ammunition

By BBN Staff: A man from the village of Cristo Rey is about to face time in prison after he was busted with a pen gun.At 10:30 a.m. on Sunday, police conducted a search at the residence of Fernando Tut.

The search led to the discovery of a pen gun and 28 RIM Fire .22 caliber Fiochi brand live rounds of ammunition.

During the search, Tut was present with two minors but he was the only one to be arrested and charged for the offense of ‘kept prohibited firearm’ and ‘kept unlicensed firearm’.
