BDF officer completes Master Degree in Strategic Security Studies in USA

By Zoila Palma: The Ministry of Defence today informed the public that Belize Defence Force Officer, Captain Eric Richard Neal Jr., has successfully earned a Master of Arts in Strategic Security Studies and a War College Diploma from the National Defence University in the United States of America.

Neal also obtained honours for his thesis entitled “Managing Indigenous People in Belize: Guaranteeing Security and Rights for All”.

Furthermore, Neal’s high level of academic performance was reflected in his cumulative G.P.A of 3.89.

The Ministry and the Belize Defence Force congratulates Neal on his performance and wish him well as he continues to serve Shoulder to Shoulder.
