By BBN Staff: According to police reports, yesterday about 2:24 p.m., Floyd August, 41, a Belizean gas pump attendant and a resident of Ladyville Village, Belize District, reported that whilst at work at the
Uno Gas Station located on Vernon Street, Belize City, a male person riding on a bicycle approached him.
The man pointed what appeared to be a 9mm pistol in his direction and demanded money. August handed over $627.00 in cash.
The culprit then made good his escape.
Police are investigating.
