Burglary in San Pedro

By BBN Staff: A San Pedro resident is claiming that his home was burglarized sometime in the month of June.

Yesterday Dana Gignac, 53, who resides in the San Pablo area of San Pedro Town reported to police that in June, he left his house secured and traveled out of the country.

When he returned on Monday he discovered the back door unlocked.

According to Gignac, he then made checks and noticed that his household items, personal belongings and assorted liquors valued at $8,460 were stolen.

Police have reminded the public that purchasing or being in possession of stolen items is a criminal offense.
