Taxi man found dead in Dangriga

BBN Staff: Yesterday morning around 9:30, Dangriga police visited an Orange Orchard between miles 1 and 2 on the Southern Highway where cops saw the body of a Hispanic man on his back with a large cut wound to his throat.

The body was found beside a Red Ford Focus with taxi plates.

The body was identified as that of Jose Alfredo Mejil, a Belizean taxi driver of a Dangriga address.

Police are investigating.
