Police bust marijuana farm in Paraiso Village

By BBN Staff: Yesterday, Orange Walk Special Branch, Quick Response Team, other specialized teams and officers were on operation in northern Belize and found a marijuana plantation located about 6 miles North West of Paraiso Village.

The plantation had (1430) mature trees measuring between 1 to 5 feet in height,and also an additional (220) mature harvested trees were discovered under a hut.

The trees were all uprooted and destroyed by fire.

No one was found at the location.
