Man stabbed while socializing in Orange Walk

By BBN Staff: Yesterday, a young woman in her twenties reported to authorities that while traversing the road that leads from Cohune Walk to Roaring Creek Junction around 1am, she was raped by a man.
Officer Commanding Belmopan Police, Sr. Supt. Howell Gillett, informed the media that the suspect was in police custody.
Justin Austin Williams, 29, of Roaring Creek Village was taken to court on Friday for charges for rape.
Williams’ case was adjourned until January 12, 2018.
He was remanded to the Belize Central Prison.
