Belmopan police officer launches new CD

By BBN Staff: Today, a police officer attached to the Belmopan police formation launched a CD with original songs.

Denroy Garcia “Mackoy” wrote and successfully completed his CD full of songs on stopping domestic violence against women and girls.

Sr. Supt. Howell Gillett received a copy of the CD and explained that “The Belmopan Police are truly of the view that policing is not only about arresting but more of helping others to become positive role models.”

Mackoy has performed with Griga Boyz, Punta Rebels, Collie Rebels, Gilharry Seven, and Danger Zone and has over a decade of experience in the country’s music industry.
