By BBN Staff: Yesterday, Corozal police visited G. Street South, where they saw a cement house totally engulfed in flames.
Police investigation revealed that the house is the property of Dorotea Wilshire of San Pedro.
At the time of the incident, the house was rented by Nirsa Ramirez, 28.
Ramirez reported that whilst in Chetumal, Quintana Roo, she received information that her house was on fire.
When Ramirez arrived home, she saw the house was totally destroyed by the fire.
The house and it’s contents were not insured.
The value of the house and its contents are not yet ascertained.
Police are investigating.
