On November 23, Police went to his apartment on Pelican Street and found two counterfeit 50 Belize dollar notes.
Brandon pleaded guilty to the charge but explained that the money was paid to him by a man who bought shoes from him.
He was offered bail of $200 which he met.
After appearing in court, police still detained Brandon because according to reports, he is a “person of interest” in a high profile investigation.
