Police charge two for gruesome beheading of Cotton Tree man

By BBN Staff: Police have charged two men for the gruesome murder of Cotton Tree villager, Hilton Wade.

Raphael Mencias,29, has been charged for murder while Elroy Grinage, 36, has been charged with abetment and conspiracy.

On Wednesday, Wade’s head was cut from his body and was stabbed 28 times.
