He is competing against four Caribbean nominees and is one of the five standing competitors only because he survived the first round of voting by snatching the most votes.
The second round of voting opened on November 27th and will close tomorrow. Rowan, of course is already in the lead with over 600 votes.
He is competing against St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Jeremie Tronet, a kite surfer; Antigua and Barbuda, Jake Kelsick a professional kite boarder, Trinidad and Tobago media expert, Courtenay Rooks, and Mario Rigby, a fitness instructor from Turks and Caico.
Rowan was initially nominated by the Belize Tourism Board.
