Police find weed in school bag

BBN Staff: On Friday night around 10:00, police conducted a search on Queen Charlotte Street in Belize City.

That search led to the discovery of a school bag containing 16 parcels of cannabis, totaling 4.1 pounds.

The weed was labelled and deposited as ‘found property’ since no one was in the area.

Police are investigating.
